The Sun-Times reports: Natasha McShane is back in her native Northern Ireland after a baseball bat beating in April in Bucktown left her on the brink of death.

The 23-year-old exchange student was flown last week from the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago to a Belfast hospital where she will have brain surgery, according to a family attorney.
